1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CloudFireman ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CloudFireman provides a tunneling service that allows users to expose their local development servers to the internet securely. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for development, testing, and staging purposes.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Host or distribute malware, phishing sites, or any illegal content.
- Bypass network security, scan ports, or conduct DDoS attacks.
- Host copyright-infringing materials.
- Conduct any activity that violates applicable local or international laws.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your account and permanent ban from the Service.
4. Free and Premium Plans
We offer a free tier for developers with generous limits. Premium plans are available for $10/year, providing custom subdomains, extended bandwidth, and increased request limits. Payments are securely processed via proxyfactory.io infrastructure. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
5. Limitation of Liability
CloudFireman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.
6. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, CloudFireman does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.
